1.  Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us support@giovanco.com to cancel your order before it ships! We'd be more than happy to help you cancel or modify your order. However, once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel or make adjustments. If you are not 100% satisfied with your items once received, we'd be happy to assist you with a return.

2. Why the tracking number provided don't have any information update?

Sometimes slight delays are possible on registered airmail websites regarding tracking information.

Unlike DHL or FedEx, standard mail companies are slower to update parcel tracking status. If your parcel has not been updated for over 3 business days, please contact us at  support@giovanco.com

3. What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

Once your items have shipped, we are not liable if they are stolen or lost in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your local carrier for more information.
